Tis tragic one of the brothers Gibb has died
Part of the Bee Gees as you might know
Many thought they were gay, spandex hips that would sway
As they sang that bloody falsetto

Maurice was fond of his bangers
But they caused him intestinal blockages
“Never fear!” sang the Bee Gees, “The hospital’s near!”
But that caused the poor bloke two heart stoppages

Maurice braved on through the first one, of course
His hospital bed soon filled with his lovers
Without hesitation, the singing sensation
said "piss off" to his envious brothers!

(short instrumental break and dance number)

The Gibb brothers now blame the doctors
For the death of the one they adored
But they said not a note when Andy Gibb croaked
Which proves they loved Maurice much more

Eighty percent of his innards
‘Tis what the hospital had stolen
Had Maurice survived, upon being revived
He’d have wondered "where the hell is my colon?"

His death can be called a horrific mistake
Tis sad it was his time to go,
But that’s not to say, we will not pray
In heaven he’s not singing disco!

Fare thee well, Maurice. You will be missed.
